Salary Survey

Information regarding employment offers is extremely important to maintain up to date records. Please keep the Career Services Center posted on employment offers as they occur. The Career Services maintains a Salary Survey database and also submits non-identifiable salary data to the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) for their Salary Survey reports. The statistical data collected assists both employers and students with salary negotiations,
as well as the Career Services and WVU in monitoring student employment.
 WVU Career Services Center is one of 342 career planning and placement offices across the United States that participate in reporting salary offers to NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers). The purpose of this quarterly report, called Salary Survey Report, is to update students on job types and salary offers across the country. Only non-confidential information such as type of employer, salary offer, type of position, and location is reported for use in salary negotiations and offers.
