Kay Thompson, D.D.S. was a mentor, teacher, trainer, administrator, lecturer, practitioner, and volunteer in the fields of hypnosis and dentistry. She served as Third District trustee to the American Dental Association, and was past president of the Pennsylvania Dental Association. She was past president and fellow, American Society of Clinical Hypnosis; associate editor, Erickson Monographs; invited presenter and faculty, All Erickson Congresses; and national and international lecturer on pain/clinical hypnosis.

MEMORIAL SYMPOSIUM MISSION STATEMENT:
To TRAIN the professional in the field of hypnosis.

To teach the possibilities of TRANCE.

To use the appropriate TREATMENT to encourage and facilitate health, well being, and happiness.
