Organizational Development
The WVU Extension Service participates as one of 10 members of Community Collaborative Inc. This nonprofit organization provides training, technical assistance and coaching on leadership and organizational development to groups focused on building stronger communities. The members of this public/private partnership offer assistance in visioning, goal setting, action planning, asset mapping, team and coalition building, conflict resolution, power analysis and other skills for community capacity building.
