Helping local governments get ready for the future is the aim of the Community Planning program. It achieves this by providing technical assistance and guidance to localities that are creating or updating plans.
The program can be tailored to fit the specific needs of any county, municipality, authority, or organization requesting assistance. Types of plans covered by the program include Land Use/Development Plans, Strategic Plans, and Comprehensive Plans.
