- Meetings With more than 20 meeting rooms, Jackson's Mill can accommodate groups of 10 to 400.
We offer a full range of audiovisual equipment for all meeting rooms, including TV/VCR combinations,
overhead projectors, and LCD wall-projection equipment.
A 20-station, state-of-the-art
computer lab provides the opportunity for hands-on classes. There's plenty of green space for outdoor
activities. Jackson's Mill also features a chapel, amphitheatre, barn complex, outdoor swimming pool, environmental trail and low ropes course.
- Lodging Jackson's Mill offers three types of lodging:
- Lodge Rooms - located in Jackson Lodge. These motel-type rooms have two double beds, telephones,
air conditioning, and cable television. Bed and bath linens are provided.
- Private or "Guest" Rooms - in various cottages. Private rooms have two single beds, private entrances,
and private bathrooms. Bed and bath linens are provided. Some private rooms are equipped with telephones,
televisions, and/or air conditioning.
- Cottages - dormitory-style housing located around the grounds. Our cottages vary from 15 to 56 beds and
have community bathrooms. Bed linens are furnished; bath linens and soap are not.
In addition, there are designated RV areas with and without hookups.
- Dining Jackson's Mill's all-you-can-eat meals may be served buffet style or family style
(serving dishes placed on the tables). Serving style is determined by the size of the group(s) on
the grounds and by the program needs of our guests. (Minimum service - 20)
We can accommodate a range of dietary requests, including low-fat, low-salt, low-sugar, and vegetarian diets. (Please help us provide you with the best service by letting us know of your requests in advance.)
Banquets (minimum of 50 people) are served modified family style. Banquet menus can vary greatly. Our food service supervisors and conference office staff will be happy to work with you to come up with the perfect meal for your group.
On-site catering for receptions and picnics may be arranged.
- Other services include photocopying, faxes, message service, Historic Area admission and tours (in season), and Gift Shop. We can also arrange
pool parties, weddings, reunions, and special programs.
- Options for recreation on the grounds are almost endless. We can provide equipment for use with our volleyball and basketball courts; horseshoe pits; softball diamonds; and camp fire circles.
