Faculty-Led and Mountaineer Programs Abroad are study abroad opportunities developed by WVU faculty in conjunction with the Office of International Programs. Students who participate in a Faculty-Led or Mountaineer Programs Abroad receive WVU credit and usually study abroad with a WVU instructor and a group of other WVU students..

The cost associated with each program varies. Students who qualify for federal financial aid and student loans may use their funds toward the cost of the program. In addition, students may also use their WV Promise Scholarship and WVU Scholarships on semester-long programs.
