Summer Trial Ad--Key Dates

Special Pleading week (students with a special need to take summer trial ad see Professor McDiarmid by appointment in her office)--March 7-11

Signed contracts delievered to receptionist--March 21 to 25 at noon

Introductory Meeting (questions answered)--March 23 at 12 noon in 157

Fee Payment due (all students accepted into the course must pay the course fee in full or make arrangements with Professor McDiarmid to sign a promissory note and pay in installments)--April 11 (Checks are to be made payable to West Virginia Continuing Legal Education.)

Trial Preparation class (those who fail to attend without prior approval will be dropped from the course)--April 8 at 4-6 pm in room 153

Syllabus distributed in student mailboxes & course materials picked up from the bookstore--April 29

Elements matrix due (one per team)--June 30

Last Installment due (students who have signed promissory notes must make the final installment payment; failure to pay in full by this time will forfeit a position in the class and will incur other penalties as set forth in the promissory note)--July 11

Mauet quiz posted on web--July 15

Mauet quiz due (one from each student, no collaboration permitted)--July 22

Course--Sunday, August 7 to Monday, August 15 (attendance at every session on every day is mandatory)
