New Policy for Personnel Costs on Grants and ContractsNew NSF Proposal and Award Guide Released
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINES
Effective May 15, 2006, all proposals, (new, non-competing continuation, revisions, competing continuation, etc. ) must be submitted to OSP no later then five (5) working days prior to the agency submission deadline. Proposals must be complete with all sections at that time.
The Facilities & Administrative (F&A) costs as well as the fringe benefit rates for FY 2008 are summarized below. While the F&A rates have not changed, the proposed fringe benefit rates shown are tentative and will be reviewed and approved later this fiscal year. However, in the meantime, researchers are asked to use these rates when preparing any proposals or renewal budgets for sponsored activities taking place after July 1, 2007.
