The School of Physical Education promotes active participation in sport and physical activity across the life span. WVU's School of Physical Education prepares future professionals in the areas of athletic training, athletic coaching, sport management, physical education teacher education, and sport and exercise psychology. Graduates find employment in the fields of athletic training, coaching, sport marketing, teaching, administration, and wellness/fitness programs.
