ICPE Consulting
West Virginia University’s International Center for Performance Excellence (ICPE) has recently enhanced its commitment to promoting performance excellence through consultations and presentations suited to benefit businesses, teams, coaches, executives, and academic institutions. The ICPE’s Consultation and Presentation Division is led by Dan Leidl and Joe Frontiera, and targets both businesses and teams for the delivery of performance enhancement services. In the past, an athlete could win based on superior athletic ability and a business could win based on its superior product. However, the gap between competing athletes, teams and businesses continues to narrow. Because of this, teams and businesses are seeking out any advantage that will distinguish them from the competition, and the development of performance enhancement psychology skills is one way to create this advantage.
