John C. McGrath has been teaching in the School of Physical Education at West Virginia University since 1969. His B.S. degree was completed at Springfield College, Mass. and his graduate degree at Bemidji State University, Minnesota. John coached the WVU men's soccer team for 27 years. He has also coached basketball and baseball at the college level.
Coach McGrath is retired from teaching full-time as of Spring 2005. He currently teaches an online course in Athletic Coaching Education.
