Learning about the World, One Recipe at a Time
The WVU Cooking Club dishes out good food in a fun, educational environment, while also promoting healthier eating habits and cross-cultural understanding. Members learn to prepare new international foods, such as Latin American arepas (cornmeal-based cakes), demonstrated here by Jairo Andres Sandoval Leon and Luz Cuecha.
