Celebrating Black History
WVU is celebrating Black History Month with a wide-ranging series of events. The theme for this year is “When the Music Changes, so Does the Dance”—from an African proverb, it reflects the genius of African Americans recreating themselves. WVU theatre alum Sarah Culberson found her music changed when she discovered her biological father in Sierra Leone and learned she was a princess.
