Let's go, Mountaineers!
Talk about the ultimate fan experience. Imagine leading the Mountaineers onto the field to the sound of thousands of cheering fans. Nothing beats game day in Morgantown, and at the center of it all is the Mountaineer mascot, a symbol of pride for the University and the state of West Virginia. Michael Squires, a sophomore speech pathology and audiology major from Clarksburg, will don the buckskins as the 2008-09 mascot.
