Log into the Ticket Return system using your MIX user name
Your password is the last six digits of your WVU ID**
Click here to find your WVU ID.
Select a ticket from one of the following areas:
- Maniacs (for fee-paying Mountaineer Maniacs members in good standing)
- Senior Spirit Section 121 (for students who have achieved senior status of 89-plus credit hours who are graduate or professional students)
- Upper Deck or Lower Deck (open to all students)
