Alternative Methods for Controlling the Colorado Potato Beetle - PDF Format, 1992, 4pp (94k), WVU Extension Service

Guide to USDA and Other Federal Resources for Sustainable Agriculture and Forestry Enterprises - This 160-page Guide is being published by the SARE program, Michael Fields Agricultural Institute, Forest Service and USDA's Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) program. It will be FREE. The Guide lists and gives basic information about well over 70 federal programs that can be helpful to farmers, small entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations, rural communities and others in the sustainable agriculture movement. The rationale behind the Guide is that while we will keep fighting to increase funding for key sustainable agricultural programs, there are other existing federal resources of which our movement can and should make better use.
