The WV Dept of Agriculture will grade all cattle consigned and determine qualification of cattle.
Governing Law: The Law of the state of West Virginia shall govern the rights and duties of the seller and buyer. This contract is subject to all conditions on the reverse side here of said conditions are part of this agreement.
