Pesticide Examination Days and Locations

Pesticide examinations are administered by the West Virginia Department of Agriculture. Study materials for these exams can be ordered by calling or writing WVDA, Pesticide Regulatory Programs, 1900 Kanawha Blvd., E., Charleston, WV 25305-01900, (304) 558-2209 or the West Virginia University Extension Service at 414 Brooks Hall, Morgantown, WV 26506, (304) 293-3911.

Examinations are given at the following locations. After you have received your admission ticket with your test date, please call your location if you need directions.
