You can register for the West Virginia Small Farms Conference by downloading, printing, and mailing (along with a check) a registration form here. Pre-registration deadline is February 18th. If you plan to attend but miss the deadline, please call or
e-mail us to let us know you will be bringing your registration and payment with you to the conference.

Three day registration: $100

One/Two Day Registration: $40

This registration fee will cover lunches and breaks. The Ramada Inn provides breakfast to all who stay over night. Most entrees for every meal will be West Virginia Grown. If you know of a source of locally produced food that you think we are not aware of please let us know so we can include them on our menu!

Scholarships

We strive to make this event affordable for all, but recognize that some farmers and market representatives may not have the financial resources to cover registration costs. Some scholarships are availble to attend, with preference given to those who have never received one in previous years. Click here to download a scholarship application.
