MonsterTRAK Resources
In November 1995, WVU's Career Services Center took a giant leap forward into the information age with the launching of a partnership with JobTRAK.com. In 2000 Monster JobTRAK and is now known as MonsterTRAK.
While students and employers can find a number of employment databases on the Internet including Monster.com, MonsterTRAK is the only service that was created in partnership with, and to the specifications of WVU Career Services Center.

The Career Center has not abandoned the more traditional methods of posting job listings in job binders and on bulletin boards located in the Center's Career Resources Library. Yet through the use of the Internet, the Center has made a major enhancement in its efforts to serve students, alumni, and employers. Employers can post directly to MonsterTRAK from the convenience of their own computers 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Especially exciting is the MonsterTRAK Network's growing list of company profiles. From their computers, students and alumni can access up-to-date, in-depth employer profiles, complete with pictures, graphics, and detailed text.
MonsterTRAK has password and pathway protection to allow only WVU students and alumni to tap into jobs specifically listed with West Virginia University.
In July 2002, Career Services became a full feature partner with MonsterTRAK with the addition of InterviewTRAK (know as S.C.O.RE. at WVU). S.C.O.RE., our System of Campus Online REcritment, provides the ability to schedule informational presentations, resume drops, on-campus interviews, student resume submissions and student sign-ups.
WVU Career Services Center and MonsterTRAK are providing an efficient way for students and alumni to successfully job search and meet the challenges of the information age.
