REQUEST HOUSING OR PROPOSAL
We will be happy to prepare a proposal of services and estimated costs to host your conference. Please allow two weeks to receive a proposal. Just complete the proposal form.
If you are hosting a camp or conference through an on-campus department, complete the Internal Request form
If you are not affiliated with West Virginia University, but would like to host a camp or conference on-campus, complete the External Request form.
In addition to providing housing accommodations for groups and guests, our office will also be happy to assist in the coordination of any or all of our available campus services to meet your group’s specific needs. Any questions regarding these services and associated costs should be directed to our office.
Notes:
All requests must be submitted by October 31.
The reservation is not confirmed until a license agreement from the Conference and Event Scheduling Office is received.
