Housing accommodations during the summer months at West Virginia University are provided by utilizing available residence halls. A number of residence halls are used each year. All buildings are smoke free.
Housing accommodations for the 2009 summer will be available May 15 through July 31, 2009.
There are two levels of housekeeping services available to accommodate your group. Please view the housing rate sheet for prices.

- Pierpont Apartments
The Evansdale Residential Complex (ERC) is located on WVU's Evansdale campus.
Features include:
- Capacity for 1,800
- Completely air-conditioned
- Fully-carpeted
- Single or double accommodations
- A well-furnished large lobby on the main floor, equipped with a large screen television
- Two convenient, centrally located baths serve each floor
- Economical package rates
- Linen services included (with conference rate)

- Coin-operated laundry facility on each floor
- Within walking distance of the Student Recreation Center

The ERC also houses a Post Office, WVU Bookstore, meeting and dining facilities, and recreational facilities such as tennis, basketball and volleyball court.
Fieldcrest Hall is located on the Evansdale campus.

Lincoln Hall is located on the Evansdale campus. Lincoln is our newest residence hall.

Stalnaker Hall, located on the downtown campus, is on the national register of historic places.
Features include:
- Modern suite accommodations (two double rooms share an adjoining bath)
- Limited number of two story lofts with skylights, and rooms with private baths

- Beautifully appointed lounges
- Adjacent to WVU's student union, which offers a variety of meeting rooms and services

Summit Suites is located between the Downtown and Evansdale campuses.

Pierpont is within easy walking distance of the Evansdale campus and the P
ersonal Rapid Transit System (PRT). The apartments are equipped with a small kitchen.
Pierpont Apartments are furnished with single beds, study desks, and chairs. The fitted sheet size should be for a 36" X 80" mattress.
