Camping - Horseshoe Run
Description
This is a good family site with large fields to play in and a swimming hole on the creek. Both tent only walk-in sites (12) and drive-up sites (13) allow you to camp near Horseshoe Run.
Directions from Morgantown
.Rt. 7 through Masontown and Kingwood to rt. 72 south. Go through Rowlesburg and continue south to State Route 5 on your left. As you enter St. George, turn south on State Route 1. Follow State Route 1 to the intersection of State Route 7. Turn left on State Route 7 and continue past the YMCA Camp Horseshoe to the Horseshoe Recreation Area entrance.
