Directions from Morgantown
Take I-68 east to Friendsville, MD exit. Go south on rt. 42 to Deep Creek. At Deep Creek follow Rt. 219 So. to Oakland. Stay on 219 south. Follow 219 for 4 miles and turn left on Paul Friend Road, go 1 mile to Pleasant Valley Rd., follow 1 1/4 to Lynndale and turn left. Follow .4 miles to Backbone Mt. Ski Farm, Turn Right at brown wood fence and cross cattle guard at entrance. Look for sign. 20 Minutes from Deep Creek.
