X-Country Skiing - Laurel Ridge SP (PA)
Description
20 miles of beginner to expert groomed trails. Open: 9am - 5pm Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Also open December will be open the for the holidays Dec 26th thru Jan 4th. Opening on above dates depends on Snow conditions.
Fees $6 adult, $3 kids. Warming Hut, food, rentals.
Directions from Morgantown
Take I-68 E to exit 23 (Bruceton Mills). Get on rt. 26 north for 1 mile and turn left onto Clifton Mills Rd. (CR 8). At the state line this turns into rt 381. Go 9 miles and cross rt 40. Stay on 381 for 7 miles to Ohiopyle. Contunue on 381 for 2 miles and turn right onto Maple Summit Rd. Go 8 miles on Maple Summit and Clay Run Rd until you run into rt 653. Go right 1.4 miles to park entrance on right.
