Rock Climbing - Seneca Rocks

Description

A classic multi-pitch traditional climbing area, the only one of its kind between New York and North Carolina. There are over 400 routes ranging from 5.0 to 5.12d. There are only a handfull of spots that can be climbed by top-rope. Two climbing guide buisnesses offer their services at Seneca - Seneca Rocks Climbing School and Seneca Rocks Mountain Guides

Directions from Morgantown

take I-79 south to Weston (exit 99). Take rt. 33 east to Elkins. Continue on 33 east for 35 miles to Seneca Rocks. Turn left at intersection and then a right into the climbers parking area.
