Whitewater - Little Sandy Creek (Rt 26 to Rockville Bridge on the Big Sandy)
Description
This run is tight and continuous after the first rapid down to the Big Sandy. You must run the last few miles of the Upper BS at high water level - class IV. 5+ miles. Map (pdf).
Directions from Morgantown
I 68 East to Bruceton Mills. South on rt 26 for about two miles to cr 26-16 for the put-in. You are ok to park in the church parking lot except on Sundays. Get to the take-out by taking cr 26-16 to cr 14-3 to cr 14 to the Rockville Bridge.
