- Possess the A.A. or A.S. degree (or approved equivalent)
- Hold, or are seeking, a management position in a government agency or non-profit organization
- Desire a program of study that will help enable you to adapt to the rapidly changing world of work
- Aspire to future graduate work in public administration or political science
- Can fit a part-time schedule into your calendar
