Join the Community Educational Outreach Service (CEOS) and make a difference in your community through such programs as Project Linus, breast cancer awareness, literacy promotion, and many others. • Are you a relative raising a child for a family member? You have questions and we have answers. Become a part of the Relatives as Parents Program (RAPP). Call us today!
  
  
• Brooke County Extension Office helped write 20 grant proposals for community and economic development efforts. More than $200,000 was received. Proposals for another $16 million are being considered. We also conduct grant writing workshops.
  
  
• WVU Extension Service coordinated a First Impressions visit for the City of Wellsburg focusing on community development issues. We are also working to reestablish the Brooke County Fair after a 29-year hiatus.
  
  
• Kids and teens love 4-H! 4-H links fun activities with learn-by-doing skill development. Ask us about a 4-H club near you!
  
  
• The Brooke County 4-H Foundation provides more than $3,000 in scholarships for children to attend 4-H camp.
