Surplus Redistribution Center

The SRC, a division of the Capital Asset and Debt Accounting Unit in the Accounting & Financial Systems Office, is the surplus repository for West Virginia University and is located in the Morgantown Industrial Park.

At a minimum, each fiscal year quarter all remaining surplus items are offered to the general public at an open auction. Please read over the Terms and Conditions for the auctions. The auction is held at the SRC which, on auction days, opens 2 hours prior to the beginning of bidding to view surplus items.

The next SRC auction has not been scheduled. When it is posted the auction will open at 8:00 AM for viewing and 10:00 AM to start the sale.

NOTICE for WVU campuses:

All surplus items are available for redistribution to WVU Campuses after receipt by the SRC. Items may be viewed and designated prior to the auction date listed. The list of available items will be updated weekly, usually by Tuesday.

You may contact Robert Clark at 293-5946 or Jaime Bunner at 293-9292 ext. 1436 to arrange for acceptance or redistribution of items to/from the SRC. Please read the list of items that the SRC will not accept prior to arranging for pickup.
