The Fulda Business & German Study Internship is an intensive work and study program designed to help students develop increased proficiently in German and enable them to gain crucial work experience in the German business world.
Students will begin the summer program by taking a two-week intensive Business German course at Fulda University with a WVU Faculty member. This course will prepare students for an internship course and either a German Capstone or Independent Study credit. Ultimately, students will spend two weeks working with a local business in Fulda, arranged according to their individual interests.
At the end of the internship portion, students will continue their language study and take advanced seminars in Business, Sociology, Anthropology, Engineering, or Culture. Also included in this program are excursions to Berlin, Munich, and Vienna as well as extracurricular and cultural activities including dancing, cooking, technology programs and other activities
- Price includes: WVU credits, housing, extended learning fee, international health insurance
- Not included: international flight, excursions, meals, local transportation, passport fees, personal expenses
