WV-ISEP Study Abroad Consortium

International Student Exchange Program (ISEP)The WV-ISEP Study Abroad Consortium is collaboration between the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission and the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP) to provide college students from West Virginia with affordable study abroad opportunities at over 150 host institutions. In addition, WV Promise Scholars may use their scholarship toward any ISEP semester program!!!

ISEP students abroad discover new cultures, learn or improve a second language, and develop intercultural competencies and interpersonal skills – all while earning academic credits towards their college degree.

ISEP Program Options
  • ISEP-Exchange Programs. ISEP-Exchange programs provide students with affordable study abroad opportunities for a semester or a full year by switching places with an international student from one of over 120 host institutions.
