Civil Procedure II Class Announcements
REMINDER:  If you have signed up to participate, YOU ARE
RESPONSIBLE for being PRO-ACTIVE in class.
Participation is an active rather than a passive process.

It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to actively demonstrate that
you have prepared for class discussions.  The act of signing
up to participate is not enough to earn class participation
credit in this class;  in other words, ACTUAL class
participation is what counts, and sitting back waiting to be
called upon is not to your advantage.
