This site supports the course in Evidence offered at West Virginia University College of Law by Marjorie McDiarmid in the Fall of 2011.

Students may download an application from Turning Technologies for use on your computer or smart phone. To do this, you will need the West Virginia Code found on your first assignment email. If you download this application, please take the following steps:

1. Go to the website student.turningtechnologies.com
2. Enter your ResponseCard ID (provided with your purchase)
3. Enter your first name and last name in the appropriate fields
4. "Other Field" is used to request the student to submit student ID
5. Complete security entry
6. Press Next
7. Enter my email address (mmcdiarm@wvu.edu)
8. Select Evidence 2011 and add it to the list on the right
9. Click Next and confirm information. You may click Back if you find information you need to correct.

Students may choose to use the clickers provided by the Law School. If you want to use the Law School clickers, you will be assigned a clicker in class and should use that clicker number to complete the steps above.
