*All participants must be present at CAC Lobby by 5:00pm (see schedule)

7:30--9:30 pm

Concert, WVU Symphony Orchestra, Mitchell Arnold, Conductor

Clay Concert Theatre, All participants attend. Tickets provided.

Friday, February 29th

9:00am - 10:30am - Full Rehearsal– Clay Concert Theatre

10:30 - 12:00pm - String Sectionals/Master classes

12:00 - 1:30pm - Lunch*

1:30 - 2:30pm - Second Full Rehearsal – Clay Concert Theatre

2:30pm - 4:00pm - String Sectionals/Master classes

4:00 - 5:00pm - Recital (TBA)

5:00 - 6:30pm - Dinner*

6:30 - 8:30pm - Third Full Rehearsal – Clay Concert Theatre

Saturday, March 1st

9:00am-10:30am - Dress Rehearsal – Clay Concert Theatre

10:30am -12:00pm - String Sectionals/Master classes

12:00 – 1:00pm - Lunch*

2:00pm - WVU Strings Honor Orchestra Concert
