WVUATA Meeting
The next WVUATA meeting will be held in the classroom
on the night of March
at 8:00pm.
The Golf Committee will meet on February 27th
at Panera at 7:00pm.
National Athletic Training Month
The month of March is dedicated to the athletic training profession.
This Year's theme is "Who's Taking Care of Your Kids?"
Certified athletic trainers are allied health care professionals
who specialize in the prevention, assessment, treatment, and
rehabilitation of athletic injuries and illnesses.

WVATA Meeting
The WVATA meeting will be held at
West Virginia Wesleyan College
in Buckhannon, WV
on April 12, 2009.
The 9th Annual WVUATA Golf Tournament
May 3, 2009
Registration will begin at 8:30 am and tee off is scheduled for 9:00 am
at the Mountaineer Golf Course in Morgantown, WV.
This event is a four person scramble.
The cost is $50 per golfer which will include
green fees, a cart, a gift bag, and a picnic lunch.
Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams
as well as the winners of the closest to the pin,
longest putt, and longest drive contests.
WVUATA Family Picnic
The WVUATA family picnic will be held at Cooper's Rock State Park
for the families of WVU Athletic Training Students.
The start time of the picnic is still TBD.
Following the picnic will be a Senior Tribute Video.
