Massage Therapy
Student Rate: $40/hr
Massage therapy through the School of Physical Education’s Lifetime Activities Program is located in Room 15 Elizabeth Moore Hall. Receive a relaxing and/or therapeutic massage right before or after exercise for full benefits. Limited space available. 2pm to 7pm. Rates: $30 for ½ hour or $60 for one hour. Massage for Friends and Family
(under 18 accompanied by an adult)
Learn the ancient art of massage with a friend or loved one. Discover the benefits, both physically and emotionally, of healthy touch designed to strengthen the bond of any relationship while promoting better health and sense of well being. This massage class will discuss and practice basic massage methods. You will learn the importance of proper massage strokes, while discovering ways to make your massage easier and more effective with less effort. For more information please call 304-293-2080 ext 157.
