Javascript Activation
These instructions will show you how to activate the drop down menus that this site uses to ease your navigation through the many pages of information.  The instructions are different for each browser, so please scroll down to the appropriate browser and follow the instructions.

Internet Explorer

• Click on "Tools" in the toolbar
• On the menu that drops down click "Internet Options..."
• In the Internet Options dialouge box, click on the "Security" tab
• Click on "Custom Level" button
• At the bottom of the Security Settings dialouge box, Select "Reset to Medium" from the drop down menu and hit OK
• Hit OK on the Internet Options dialouge box and refresh this site
