I started at WVU as an assistant professor in the Physics department in May 2006. I'm also affiliated with NRAO as an assistant astronomer. My research interests include radio astronomy, compact objects, signal processing and numerical simulations of stellar populations. I am particularly interested in studies of pulsars - rapidly rotating highly magnetized neutron stars. I am currently working alongside Maura McLaughlin at WVU to help build up a new pulsar research group which will work closely with Scott Ransom at NRAO.
