Chapter House

The chapter house for Pi Kappa Phi is conveniently located one block from the downtown campus of WVU. From 650 N. Spruce St., students have a two minute walk to the Mountainlair (student union) and numerous school buildings. Wise Library and the Mountainlair are approximately one minute away. The location is also a short walk from downtown, making the Pi Kapp House a competitive location for students who choose not to contend with Morgantown traffic and enjoy living close to campus.

| After a short stint on High Street, the chapter finally called 650 N. Spruce St. home in the Fall of 1995. Prioir to 650 N. Spruce and the High Street location, Alpha Rho spent the majority of its years located at 591 and 571 Spruce St. |

In August 2008, the fraternity house was reopened to chapter members. The house features central AC, a catered meal service, a chapter meeting room, cable and internet, a live-in house director, a social/living room along with many other new improvements. All furniture is new and all bathrooms remodeled.
