Location
The chapter house of the Alpha Rho Chapter is conveniently located one block from the downtown campus of WVU. From 650 Spruce St., students have a two minute walk to the Mountainlair (student union) and numerous school buildings. The location is also a short walk from downtown, making the Pi Kapp House a competitive location for students who choose not to content with Morgantown traffic and enjoy living close to campus.
Currently, the fraternity house is closed for major renovations, expected to be completed by August 2008. The upgraded house will feature central AC, a catered meal service, landscaping services, a chapter meeting room, a live-in house director, a social/living room along with many other new improvements. All furniture will be new and all bathrooms remodeled.
