A code referring to the current term. The first 4 digits of the code are the year, the last two digits are the first month of the semester; i.e. 01 is spring, 08 is fall, 05 is summer I, 07 is summer II

The date on which the Census File was created. It is usually every Monday during a semester

The name of the student file. It is in the format XXXXYY-MMDDYY-Current where XXXX is the year of the term for which the file was cut, YY is the first month of the term, MMDDYY is the date on which the file was cut and the final string says whether it is a HEPC begin of term file (CensusBegin), HEPC end of term file(CensusEnd) or a weekly file (Current)

The up to four letter abbreviation for the subject of the course; i.e. MATH is Mathematics, GEOL is Geology, EE is Electrical Engineering, etc.
