Homecoming Parade

Be sure to make time to attend the Homecoming Parade on Friday, Oct. 10 beginning at 6:30pm on High St. Floats from WVU fraternities and sororities, the Homecoming Queen and King candidates, and the Pride of West Virginia will all be on hand. Please call (304)293-4397 with any questions.

Stansbury Gym Reservation Policy

* It is only available for rent on Friday and Saturday
* On Friday the Gym can only be rented between 4pm to 12am for a maximum of 3 hours
* On Saturday the Gym may be rented from 8am to 12am
* The rental cost is $45 per hour

RESERVATIONS

For reservation request including banner, room, and outside areas, please email sos-reservation@mail.wvu.edu. Include your group’s name and the time, date, attendance, and contact information for your event. You can also call 293-4397 or stop by our office in the Mountainlair.
