University Club Membership Information
Regular membership is open to Faculty, Staff, and Administrators of the University, alumni, trustees of the WVU Foundation, administrators and employees of non-profit institutions, associations and foundations affiliated with West Virginia University.
Please join us for another sociable year filled with opportunities to interact with members of the University Community. We look forward to welcoming you as a member.

The University Club offers organized activities for faculty and staff of West Virginia University.

- Free membership to new staff and faculty
- Scholarship for dependents of members who attend WVU
Membership Dues
Membership dues are $36 per year. You can have you membership dues ($3.00 for 12 month employees or $4.00 for 9 month employees) deducted through our payroll deduction plan by completeing the appropriate portion of the membership application. Membership dues are waived for new employees during their first year at WVU.
Incentive For New Staff and Faculty
Free membership is available for new staff and faculty during their first year at WVU. To accept this offer, complete the membership application, write in "New Staff" or "New Faculty" at the top and follow the rest of the directions.
