LOST CARDS
If your Mountaineer Card has been lost or stolen, contact the Mountaineer Card Office at 293-CARD (2273) immediately. You may obtain a replacement at the Bennett Tower Mountaineer Card Office (Room G-118 near the tennis courts) Monday through Friday between 8:15 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. or at the Mountainlair Mountaineer Card Services Office (next to the Mountainlair Box Office) weekdays between 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Note: The office at the Mountainlair is closed in the summer. There is a $20 replacement fee for lost or stolen cards, and it may be paid at any cashier's office.
BROKEN or DAMAGED CARDS
If your Mountaineer Card is broken or damaged, you may obtain a replacement at the Bennett Tower Mountaineer Card office (Room G-118 near the tennis courts) Monday through Friday between 8:15 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. or at the Mountainlair Mountaineer Card Services Office (next to the Mountainlair Box Office) weekdays between 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Note: The office at the Mountainlair is closed in the summer. There is a $10 replacement fee for broken or damaged cards.
Charges may be billed to your student account or paid at the Office of Student Accounts or the SA Cashier's office.
