Scholarship and financial aid offers usually begin around mid-December for first-time freshmen starting in the fall semester. You can review, accept or decline aid through the WVU Portal if you receive an offer, or revisit if aid is adjusted. Acceptance of scholarships and aid is non-binding – you forfeit your award if you cancel your application or attendance.
