Activate Your Account

Activate your account and log in to the WVU Portal, to access important online programs you will need to complete your enrollment steps.

Steps to Complete

  1. Login into WVU Gateway.
  2. Follow the Okta verification link in the WVU Gateway to activate your My WVU Account.
  3. Visit WVU Portal and sign in using your WVU Login.

If you don’t receive the activation email, view these instructions or contact the WVU IT Service Desk for help. We also have answers to common questions about WVU Portal.
