Garrett County, Maryland
Residents of Garrett County, Maryland who have an associate degree from Garrett College may be eligible for in-state tuition and fees.
Washington, D.C.
Eligible Washington, D.C. residents may decrease their college costs with the DC Tuition Assistance Grant (DCTAG).
