Reduced Tuition for Garrett College Students

In many cases, students at Garrett College (MD) can enroll at West Virginia University for in-state tuition rates.

Requirements for Reduced Tuition

To take advantage of the in-state tuition rate, a student:

  • must be a resident of Garrett County.
  • must have earned an associate’s degree from Garrett College.
  • be enrolled in a program not offered at Frostburg State University.
  • apply for the program through Garrett College.
