How do I find out my account balance?
You can check your student account online in WVU MyAccount (via your WVU Portal). View the steps for accessing an on-demand account statement, which provides up-to-the-moment information. If you have any questions about your student account, submit a question online or call 304-293-1988.
Once a month, billing notifications are sent to students who have an outstanding balance on their account. For the most accurate account balance, please check your account balance online through WVU MyAccount, where you can download an On Demand Statement and find deadlines and payment options.
