What does "fully vaccinated" mean?

If you have received a COVID-19 vaccine that has been authorized or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or is listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization (view list of vaccines), you are considered fully vaccinated if:

  • It's been two or more weeks since you received the second dose of a 2-dose series vaccine.
  • It's been two or more weeks since you received one dose of a single-dose vaccine.
